Personal training

The group classes are perfect for fitness enthusiasts who used to play sports, athletes who enjoy working out in a group setting, or someone who doesn't want to have to worry about writing their own workouts. But, sometimes it is more beneficial to workout 1on1. That is why we offer personal training so we can help to expedite those results. Workouts will be programmed, personalized, and tailored to fit the needs of the client. Whether that be to help with recovery from a previous injury, muscle growth, or fat loss, our experienced team can help you reach your goals.

Online Training

Enjoy working out, but you don't live near the gym, or you don't like working out in front of other people? No worries, we offer Online Training which will provide you weekly programmed workouts that are tailored to your goals and exercise equipment available and you will have access to our training app for $75 / month.

Approximately a year ago I met Eric through Arkansas Heart Hospitals Wellness Program. He offered to assist me through the AHH weight loss system. Eric came up with a workout and nutritional program for me and thereafter we would meet anywhere from once a week to no less than every other week to see how I was doing in following his program. If ever I felt myself slipping into a funk, all I had to do is call Eric. He made himself available to me via email, phone, or text. Last December, our Cardiac Rehab team and Wellness coordinator Eric Siebenmorgen challenged us with “The 12 days of Fitmas” to help us get ready for the holidays. I decided to give it a try. At first I thought “what did I get myself into?”, but at the end of the three weeks I was so glad I gave it a try. I noticed a change in my breathing as well as a drop in my blood pressure which had also been a problem area as well. There were several of us in the class and Eric did a fantastic job of working with each of us to find a regimen that worked best for us… I am better physically, mentally and spiritually as a result of my time in this program.
