The group classes are perfect for fitness enthusiasts who used to play sports, athletes who enjoy working out in a group setting, or someone who doesn't want to have to worry about writing their own workouts. But, sometimes it is more beneficial to workout 1on1. That is why we offer personal training so we can help to expedite those results. Workouts will be programmed, personalized, and tailored to fit the needs of the client. Whether that be to help with recovery from a previous injury, muscle growth, or fat loss, our experienced team can help you reach your goals.
Enjoy working out, but you don't live near the gym, or you don't like working out in front of other people? No worries, we offer Online Training which will provide you weekly programmed workouts that are tailored to your goals and exercise equipment available and you will have access to our training app for $75 / month.

A key fob is required for gym access into the 24/7 side of the gym. A one time fee of $10 for a key fob will be issued upon signup of membership.
We currently offer HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Women's Only, and Ageless Athletes (55+ class)!
HIIT: 5AM & 5:30PM **No 5:30 class on Friday's
Women's Only: M/T/TH @ 6 AM & 4 PM
Ageless Athletes (55+): M/W/F @ 8:30 AM
